aYo Intermediaries Ghana Limited is hiring Field Sales Executives to prospect and enroll customers onto our innovative Mobile Insurance Policies. Join our dynamic team and make a difference by providing customers with essential micro-insurance solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Actively prospect and reach out to potential customers.
Educate customers about mobile insurance benefits and address their inquiries.
Effectively close sales and meet individual and team sales targets.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer information and sales processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
WASSCE or Diploma from a recognized educational institution.
Experience in field sales operations and micro insurance is desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (additional local languages will be an advantage).
